I'm only half way through but it's a really eye opening, extraordinary film about the ongoing conflict in Virunga National Park in the Congo and the fight to save the last surviving wild mountain gorillas. Did you know there are only 700 left in the world? Heartbreaking.

// writing lists! Lots and lots of them. Because I have the memory of a goldfish. I've been adding to my Black Friday Shopping List and have started a shopping list for family and friends. There's no better feeling than gift giving. Okay well, maybe that first handful of chocolate Buttons.
// needing a really good dog and house sitter for our upcoming vacation. Chewie has developed separation anxiety. I mean, can you blame her? Who wouldn't want to be away from my cuddles for longer than a few hours? Meanwhile, I'm laughing at the irony of my ability to find a dog that is just as much of a head case as I am.
// working on something really really exciting which I cannot wait to show all of you! I'll leave you waiting with bated breath...for now...watch this space.
// listening to The Hero audio book. An awesome book about harnessing the power of your own thoughts and learning to follow your bliss to achieve greatness in your life. It's really incredible what the mind can achieve. I can't recommend this book enough. The first two books by Rhonda Byrne, The Secret and The Power, were also excellent short reads.
On that note, I was out shopping the other day and stumbled across this quote that I love. This sums up where I'm at in my life right now.
